Providing closer support…now in Central Asia!
After Microfinanza Rating’s successful experiences opening regional Latin American and Central American offices, in Quito and Managua, respectively, the company has established a new Central Asia branch office. Microfinanza Rating, the leading microfinance specialized rating agency in Central Asia, the Caucasus and Russia, has established an office in Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan. The office will become the operations base for Central Asia, the Caucasus and Russia. In addition, two new Russian speaking analysts have joined Microfinanza Rating team in order to support our services in the region:
Ainur Turgunbaeva: Ms. Turgunbaeva worked for over 10 years with FINCA international, most recently for two years as CEO of FINCA Armenia. She also worked in Kosovo and Kyrgyzstan. Email: ainur.turgunbaeva@microfinanzarating.com
Sergey Kabanov: Mr. Kabanov holds an MBA from the American University in Central Asia and collaborated with Mercy Corps and the Soros Foundation before joining the Microfinanza Rating office in Bishkek. Email: sergey.kabanov@microfinanzarating.com
The opening of this new office supports the Microfinanza Rating strategic objective to strengthen its local presence in fast developing microfinance regions. The office network allows Microfinanza Rating to follow on the field market evolution with first hand information, to deliver high quality services to our clients and to provide updated information to various stakeholders.
